A petition has been filed in the President's Secretariat in Saudi Arabia demanding to bring the body of Indian citizen Jang Bahadur Yadav to India in a dignified manner. Congress leader from Bundi, Charmesh Sharma, in a petition filed in the President's Secretariat on July 11, states that on July 6, Jangbahadur Yadav, an Indian national, resident of Amethi district of Uttar Pradesh, was murdered by a Pakistani in Saudi Arabia. Since then his family has been waiting for the late body of Late Jung Bahadur to come to India for a dignified funeral.

Charmesh told that Indian citizens of Rajasthan, trapped in Saudi Arabia, had informed about the case of Jang Bahadur's murder in the past. After which he has filed a petition demanding that the late body of Late Jang Bahadur Yadav be taken to India for a dignified funeral at the earliest.

In the family of late Jang Bahadur, aged father Raj Narayan Yadav, mother Ramavati Devi, his wife Manju are currently studying with three children, 19-year-old son Saurabh, 17-year-old daughter Anjali and 12-year-old younger son Gaurav. After the news of his death, a mountain of grief has fallen on the family. The whole family is shedding tears day and night waiting for the dead body to come to India.

Jang Bahadur Yadav was the only earner in his family. In the year 2017, he went to Saudi Arabia only to feed his family. After the murder of Jang Bahadur Yadav, his family has no source of income. President Ram Nath Kovind and the National Human Rights Commission have also demanded the government to provide financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the victim's family.

Along with this, Charmesh has sent a complaint to the National Human Rights Commission. In which it was said that strict action should be taken against the killer of Indian citizen, so that such incident does not happen to any Indian citizen in future. Charmesh has also sent mails to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra and Indian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. In which there has been a demand to ensure the safety of Indian citizens abroad and speedy action in this matter.
