Anganwadi worker died due to snake bite in Sonad village of Lalsot area, angry people blocked the state highway.
The worker, who had arrived for duty at the Anganwadi center located in Sonad village of Lalsot subdivision area of the district, died of snakebite. The villagers protested by blocking the Tunga-Lalsot State Highway 24 regarding the matter. This led to a long queue of vehicles on the highway. On the information, the police force has also reached the spot, efforts are being made to persuade the people to open the jam, but people are adamant about the demand to call the high officials on the spot.
According to the police, Anganwadi worker Phula Devi Bairwa had reached the Anganwadi center to do duty on Monday, where she became unconscious due to a snake bite. Who was taken to Jaipur for treatment, who died during treatment in the hospital. On Tuesday morning, the family reached the village with the dead body from Jaipur and informed the police-administration about the incident, despite this, no officer reached the spot.
