In the Kotwali police station of Sikar, a case of cheating of one and a half lakh with a businessman has come to the fore. The accused bought goods worth about one and a half lakh rupees by pretending to be doing tender work in the railways. In return, the accused gave three checks to the businessman, which came out in the name of another person. Now the accused is missing after closing his shop.

Ghanshyam Aggarwal of Shyam Trading Company, operating near the police line, has given a complaint in the Kotwali police station and told that on July 7, 2022, a young man named Ram Mittal came to his shop, who asked for goods for him by saying that it was a railway tender.

Ram Mittal told his address to be near the Housing Board in Sikar and his office to be at a rented shop opposite Shriram Transport on Jaipur Road. Ram Mittal also sent an invitation card to Ghanshyam on 7th July in which it was written that Shyam Cold Storage Neemkathana would be inaugurated. After this, on July 9, Ram Mittal ordered goods worth Rs 147794 from Ghanshyam at his Jaipur Road office.

Mittal supplier's banner was put up outside the shop. Salesman Rajesh Sharma got the goods unloaded in Ram Mittal's office. Salesman Rajesh gave three Axis Bank checks in lieu of goods in which the name of any account holder was not written.

On July 12, at the behest of Ram Mittal, Ghanshyam deposited the check in his bank to collect the money. After which the bank informed that those who were signed on the check. He is different. After this, when Ghanshyam went to the bank, he came to know that there was no balance in the account and the account was also under the name of Thandiram. Ghanshyam told that Ram Mittal's shop on Jaipur Road is locked. Also his mobile number is coming off. On the report of Ghanshyam, the Kotwali police has started investigation.
