SP Richa Tomar said that on July 13, a report of kidnapping of Doug resident Arvind and his wife Sapna Meher was registered. It was told that 7-8 people entered the victim's house with sticks, swords and guns in their hands and started beating the people present there. During this, along with the family members, Arvind and his wife Sapna were assaulted and dragged and kidnapped.
On receiving information from the police, 10 teams of 100 policemen carried out a search operation in the forest of Kotda and Bhagwanpura, as per the information. When the police became active, the accused hid in the forest, but after a lot of effort, the police teams recovered Arvind and Sapna Meher in the night itself. Both have been admitted to the hospital. Police said that the accused Dhanraj son Bherulal, Shyamlal son Rodu Lal, Ramesh son Madhavlal, Rodulal son Prakash Lal, Elkar Singh son Dulhe Singh have been arrested.
