Now government employees will conduct door-to-door survey to provide lease to every person at a concessional rate from the government. Its instructions have been given by Collector Chinmayi Gopal. Regarding this, on Tuesday, Collector Chinmayi Gopal took a meeting with the nodal in-charge of the campaign and executive officers in the Collectorate auditorium regarding the preparations for the next phase of the campaign with the cities of the administration. In this, the Collector said that concessional rate leases are being given to the common man by the government. For this, the employees should also conduct door-to-door survey.
Collector Chinmayi Gopal gave instructions to distribute pattas according to the target by surveying ward wise houses in the campaign. Regular monitoring of the campaign should be done by the nodal in-charge SDO. The cooperation of local public representatives should also be taken in this. The Collector said that the State Government has given the latest guidelines with various exemptions to make Patta in the campaign. Which should be publicized among the general public. He said that it is necessary to conduct a survey of every house. Also, make sure to get this survey done before the camp date in the wards where the camp is to be held. The collector reviewed the preparations of all the executive officers regarding the campaign and gave necessary instructions. He said that the camps should be set up at an accessible place in the concerned ward. In these camps to be organized ward wise, distribution of pattas should be ensured by completing all administrative procedures on the spot.
