Asija said that after examining the investigation report, it was found that there have been huge financial irregularities and misuse and embezzlement of government funds by Mukesh Sharma. FIR lodged by the Sarpanch of (Dhorewala) against the Village Development Officer on May 26 under various sections (forgery signature, embezzlement, fraud, tampering in records) by himself. But a memorandum was submitted on July 8 regarding no action taken.
Taking action on this, the Pilibanga Development Officer has been booked on behalf of the department against Mukesh Sharma in respect of misappropriation and embezzlement of government funds and tampering and other irregularities in the records. Instructions have been given to inform the Zilla Parishad office by registering it without delay.
