There is good news for the youth preparing to defend the Indian border. Indo Tibetan Border Police has invited applications for the 286 Head Constable and Assistant Sub Inspector posts. For which 12th pass candidates will be able to apply online till July 14 by visiting the official website of ITBP at recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. Candidates will be selected on the basis of typing speed.
In the ongoing head constable recruitment by ITBP, direct recruitment is being done for a total of 158 posts including 135 vacancies for men and 23 vacancies for women. Whereas in ASI Recruitment direct recruitment process will be conducted for 21 posts including 19 vacancies of men and 2 vacancies of women. At the same time, the remaining 107 vacancies from Head Constable and ASI are for departmental candidates.
Qualification
For Head Constable Posts candidates should have passed 12th examination from a recognized board. Also, the speed of 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer should be passed in 12th examination for ASI posts also. Also, Dictation at the speed of 80 words per minute and Transcription speed in 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.

Candidates will be able to apply through the online application form made available on the official recruitment portal recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
Application fee
Candidates have to pay Rs 100 through online means. However, SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates are given complete relaxation in the application fee.
salary
If selected in the recruitment process, the candidate will be given salary ranging from 25 thousand 500 to 93 thousand 200 rupees every month.
Age Range
Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years as on 1st January 2022.
