With regard to salary, transfer and many other demands, the demands of Village Development Officers (VDOs) across the state were not acted upon, but on Monday they took the path of agitation. At the district headquarters, the VDO staged a dharna and demonstrated in front of the Zilla Parishad. These people said that the government was not paying attention to their demands. Even after a lapse of nine months since the agreement in this regard, the government has not paid any attention to it. In such a situation, a symbolic dharna was performed for a day on Monday. Despite this, if action is not taken on the demands, then a public protest movement against the promise will be launched across the state. This one-day demonstration on Monday was done under the banner of Rajasthan Village Development Officers Association.

These people sat on the dharna and raised slogans. These people said that the government had made an agreement with their organization on October 1, 2021, during the campaign with the administration villages. It assured action on the demands by November 15 but no action was taken. On this, the organization again agitated in December 2021, but this time also the government made a compromise at the ministerial level and assured to implement it in one to one and a half months, but this time also no action was taken. As a result of this anger, a one-day demonstration was held on Monday. The organization has warned of a state-wide agitation from June 30 if action is not taken. State General Secretary of the organization Ramdhan Limba said that if action is not taken then agitation will be done.
