On Thursday, the Vidyarthi Mitra Panchayat Assistants held a unique protest in the District Collectorate regarding several demands including perpetuation. Panchayat assistants raised their voice to listen to their demands by becoming a cock in front of the main gate of the collector's office. On the state level call, the Rajasthan Vidyarthi Mitra Panchayat Sahayak Sangh, under the leadership of District President Dinesh Meena, submitted a memorandum to the Additional District Collector in the name of Chief Minister and Chief Secretary at all the district headquarters and made a unique demonstration of awakening by showing anger towards the government by becoming a rooster.
The District President said that the Vidyarthi Mitra Panchayat Assistant has been struggling for the permanent settlement for a long time, but all the governments have cheated the contract workers. The Congress government had promised to make the Vidyarthi Mitra Panchayat assistants permanent before the assembly elections. But despite the passage of 4 years, the government has not taken any action for confirmation. If Panchayat assistants are not made permanent in time, then state level agitation will be organized from August 1.
During this time Kaluram Agawali, Amarsingh Kasautia, Seema Meena, Sugna Meena, Prabhu Meena, Ramesh Lavan, Mahesh Sharma, Motilal Bilonia, Ramesh Lalsot, Ratiram Nangal, Babulal Kheda, Rajulal Mahawar, Rakesh Sheikhpura, Bina Meena, Premprakash Meena, Chuttanlal Meena, Many Panchayat assistants including Sampatlal Jogi, Veeru Gurjar, Rajulal Mahawar, Mahendra Singh Meena, Ram Singh Mahawar, Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Mahesh Kumar Saini were present.
